Creating Hope, Gaining Mastery, Embracing Happiness.

Our Mission

Lower Shore Clinic's mission is to provide caring, effective, and highly accessible healthcare to all the residents of the Eastern Shore who seek services.

See how we plan to accomplish it this year.

 Our Core Values

Honoring the rights of individuals to direct their lives, work, recovery and relationships.

Treating you as a professional and giving you control over how you do your job. Allowing members to be adults and honoring their control of their own recovery is good.

Creating experiences that give us and our members feelings of joy, pride, contentment and well-being.

The pursuit of happiness is the American dream. We need to find what makes us happy and take time to laugh and have fun with members and our peers. In turn, helping members find happiness, laugh and have fun is the ultimate achievement.

Acting from the belief and expectation that good things will happen for us and our members.

Belief that all persons have the right to be healthy and all persons can recover from mental illness and/or addiction. For staff, having that belief is required. For members, receiving that belief can be life changing.

Striving always to be the best that we can be for ourselves, our members, and our team.

Give you space and support to reach higher to foster improvement, continual mastery, and growth in your career. Helping members achieve mastery in something is a great recovery plan.
